At the conclusion of July, our residential real estate sales reached an impressive 11.2 billion rubles. The distribution across cities is as follows:
•70% - Moscow;
•27% - Dubai;
•3% - London.
This outcome can be easily understood considering the extreme heat in Dubai, reaching up to +50 degrees Celsius. As a result, a significant number of brokers, about three-quarters, have taken vacations, and numerous clients have also relocated to other cities. Consequently, the Dubai real estate market experienced a slight slowdown. In contrast, Moscow's real estate market remained bustling with activity.
Notably, in July 2023, we managed to sell twice the amount of residential real estate compared to the previous year. This remarkable growth in our sales figures continues to impress, despite the challenges posed by the market.
