Our main product is new buildings

The main area of our work is selling apartments and villas in new-built developments in the UAE. We cooperate with the best developers who build business, premium, and deluxe class projects: Damac Properties, Danube Properties, Meraas, Samana Developers, Omniyat, Meydan Sobha, Al Sharq Investment, Emaar Properties and Emaar Hospitality Group, MAG, Select Group, Dubai Properties Group, Deyaar, Seven Tides, Ellington Properties, and others.

During the first six months after opening our Dubai office in June 2021, we sold real estate with a total value of 124 million dollars. In December, we received the first statuette from the Deyaar developer. The highlight was the sale of the world’s tallest penthouse at Burj Khalifa.

We train brokers hard so that clients get high

Before becoming a member of the Whitewill team, a broker goes through a three-stage evaluation process. When we see that the person is suitable for us, he gets an opportunity to join a two-week training in our corporate Academy. There, he studies the company's standards in the field of communication and ethics, architecture and interior design, customer service and quality request processing, managing of viewings, as well as rules of interaction with developers.

Fair commission fee

We pay fair 30% of the transaction. We do not deduct or cheat when calculating. We transfer your amount immediately on the day the money is received to the company's account without any delays.
