An extra cabinet

One window, offering a courtyard view, was discreetly veiled with wooden blinds, concealing decorative ferns within. To fully appreciate the aesthetics of the revamped staircase, one must traverse its steps and experience the transformation firsthand. The space beneath the stairs has been ingeniously converted into a cozy nook, ideally suited for an additional wardrobe.

Revamped dressing room

In the master bedroom, the initial dressing room made way for unremarkable white cabinets with sliding doors—a situation that called for immediate rectification. The conspicuous "factory" furniture has been replaced with a stylish dressing room crafted from natural veneer, boasting ample storage sans extraneous doors. To complete the ensemble, the ceiling was thoughtfully adorned with rich wood accents.

Their suitability as sun lounger substitutes became apparent to Torbosov, who promptly procured a pair of these sofas to grace the lounge area adjacent to the outdoor pool at the townhouse.

Additional enhancements

Augmenting the palm tree boundary will be the introduction of ambient evening illumination, infusing the space with a romantic ambiance. The room currently housing an ottoman is poised for a stylish transformation into a study adorned with three-dimensional plaster artworks. The terraces will soon benefit from the inclusion of two sizable umbrellas, providing a shield against the sun's rays. Notably, the townhouse is available for purchase, with viewings actively organized, and a market commission being offered to interested parties.

At the conclusion of July, our residential real estate sales reached an impressive 11.2 billion rubles. The distribution across cities is as follows:

•70% - Moscow;

•27% - Dubai;

•3% - London.

This outcome can be easily understood considering the extreme heat in Dubai, reaching up to +50 degrees Celsius. As a result, a significant number of brokers, about three-quarters, have taken vacations, and numerous clients have also relocated to other cities. Consequently, the Dubai real estate market experienced a slight slowdown. In contrast, Moscow's real estate market remained bustling with activity.

Notably, in July 2023, we managed to sell twice the amount of residential real estate compared to the previous year. This remarkable growth in our sales figures continues to impress, despite the challenges posed by the market.
